In this trauma-informed, soul-centered somatic practice class, you’ll be guided through gentle movement, intuitive breathwork, sound, stillness, and sacred ritual. Each session is intentionally designed to help you:

 

  • Release tension stored in the body

  • Reconnect to your inner voice

  • Reclaim the version of you that’s been waiting to emerge — grounded, radiant, and whole

You don’t need to “perform” or be perfect — just come as you are.

Pentené Milner | Somatic Guide & Spiritual Life Coach

Pentené Milner is a certified Spiritual Life Coach, intuitive guide, and somatic healing facilitator devoted to helping women come home to their bodies, reclaim their self-worth, and live from their deepest truth. With a background rooted in nervous system healing, emotional wellness, and embodiment practices, she creates sacred spaces where women feel safe to soften, release, and remember who they are.

After navigating her own journey through trauma, self-betrayal, and disconnection, Pentené answered the call to turn her pain into purpose. She now holds space for other women to do the same — guiding them to reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies, heal what has been suppressed, and express themselves authentically and unapologetically.

Through her grounded yet soulful approach, Pentené blends intuitive movement, breath, sound, stillness, and somatic awareness to support emotional release and energetic realignment. Her classes are both nurturing and transformational, inviting each woman to honor her own pace, sensations, and inner knowing.
